A beautiful, bright, and open concept 3 bedroom 2.5 bath bayview/bayfront home in Ship Bottom just 2 blocks from the bridge when arriving on LBI. Our home captures panoramic views of Barnegat Bay and sunsets every night from all levels, balconies, and rooftop.
A short walk to the beach, restaurants, mini golf, and shopping. Experience front-row seats for free Thursday night concerts through the summer on each deck of the home.
The living room/kitchen/dining area is open and beaming with natural sunlight all throughout the day with a full view of Barnegat Bay. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig (Coffee maker and K-Cup), and toaster oven, and comes stocked with all necessary cookware, plates, cups, and utensils. The kitchen also has counter seating for 4 at the bar along with a dining table that fits at least 6. A washer and dryer is also located near the bedrooms.
The living room with 75″ Smart TV and electric fireplace, high-speed WIFI for working remotely, in-unit Washer and Dryer, central AC, and areas inside and out to enjoy our scenic views. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. The outdoor shower is custom-built to provide a unique spa-like experience.
The Master Bedroom has a full-size deck with a seating area and lounge that overlooks the bay and evening sunsets. It has a king-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and ceiling fan as well. All bedrooms have new luxury bedding and linens, and accompanying bath towels. A stackable full-size washer and dryer is located near the bedrooms.
Fresh linens and towels will be provided along with simple bathroom and kitchen starter items as well as a hair dryer, laundry supplies, iron, and ironing board.
