Hang out on the top floor, with amazing ocean views from the open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings and windows all around provide you with 270 degree views of the ocean and a window view of the bay. Kitchen is updated with stainless appliances and direct access to a deck with a large gas barbecue, ocean breezes and view. There is also a bathroom on this level.

On the middle floor there are 4 bedrooms to sleep 10-12 people and two updated full bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own ocean facing deck and huge bathroom with large, marbled jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is also a queen with ocean views. The third bedroom has 2 twins and trundle, and the 4th bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds and a trundle for sleeping up to 5.

The ground level has an outside shower, patio area, and a 2-car garage with ping pong table for rainy days. Steps to the beautiful, life-guarded beach.

For your recreation, there are bicycles, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. We also provide you with the beach badges you need to use the beach.

Short walk to great restaurants, bagel shops, miniature golf, shopping and more.
