Welcome to this Holgate hidden treasure, bayfront home with pool and section of sandy beach! 4 beds 1 bath at 5300 West Ave, Long Beach Township. There is a queen bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in second bedroom with tv, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a single twin in a small fourth bedroom. Tv in main living room and in the bedroom with full size bed. Enjoy a short walk to the beach or end of the island overlooking the nature reserve. All of the restaurants and attractions of Beach Haven are just short drive away.
6 beach badges provided to use during stay. Saturday to Saturday rental, check in 3pm, checkout 10am.

Renters to bring their own linens, quilts and pillows will be provided. No pets, no smoking, no mooring of boats on beach in front of house, no crazy parties, unsupervised teenagers or underaged drinking 🙂

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your reservation will be in effect upon receipt of your deposit and the cancellation policy will apply. All cancellation requests must be in writing and there is no refund to TENANT unless another tenant is secured for the full rental period at the rate agreed upon, only then will the agreement be terminated. If the property is re-rented for the cancelled period, deposit monies paid, less 15% of the total rent will be returned. If the property is not re-rented for the full amount, the full rental deposit is forfeited and the tenant is responsible for the full amount. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, or for activities beyond the control of the OWNER. The security deposit of $500 if already given, will be returned to the TENANT. Landlord highly recommends that TENANT purchase their own travel insurance in the event of a possible cancellation by TENANT.
